    Used these a lot years ago. I went last week and had worst wash ever. I got the car home and had to wash it myself. They barely used any soap! Just jet washed it. Awful

    Been going here for years and the guys are great!! Regardless of the vehicle or the weather, the guys do a fab job. We have two other car wash bays closer to home but, they are no where near as efficient as Crystal or the previous owners šŸ‘ 07.02.23 So annoyed today as got home 3 minutes after a wash, and my car is filthy!!!. Not even a number to phone and complain?? If i had time i would go back and insist on another wash.Very disappointing šŸ˜”

    Worst car wash we have ever been to. Only half the car was sprayed before the guy started being shouted out by another worker the other side of the lot, they then started full in arguing leaving the car only half sprayed. Was then sprayed with a jet wash and told to pull into a bay. Waited a while until a young lad came over asking to dry or vacuum we just wanted the outide done. The car was rubbed over very quickly and we left paying Ā£7. Was in there queuing for 10 mins cleaning no more than 2. We got home, got out to park and had to go and find another car wash to get the car cleaned. Whole sections around the bottom hadnā€™t even been cleaned, dirt marks on all the doors and panels and the side windows they had wiped had dirty smear marks all over them. I admit being this time of year the car was dirty, which is why went to the car wash. But they had just moved all the dirt about and had fun spraying the car with a power washer. First time leaving a car wash needing to find another car wash to get the car cleaned. No care or attention taken in any of the cleaning process by any of the staff members. More interested in arguing and fighting with each other. Iā€™m sure the husband would have got out and said something had I not have been there. I hate confrontation and the arguing and screaming going on in there already made it so you didnā€™t feel like you could say anything. Just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and never go back.

    I just went to get a mini valet on a small car, this was supposed to be Ā£12 and they offer a 20% discount for NHS staff which makes it Ā£9.60, the man doing the interior refused to dry the car as it was raining but I explained that I wanted it waxed and had to remind him thatā€™s what was included in the mini valet, after he rolled his eyes at me he waxed the car, then when I said can I get the nhs discount and showed my ID he said it would be Ā£12, after I said itā€™s Ā£12 anyway but itā€™s 20% discount he said Ā£11, then I said 20% off Ā£12 is Ā£9.60, to which he said no it would be Ā£11, then not a single member of staff was willing to give change from a Ā£20 note, absolutely ridiculous service and after going there for so many years and my family going for years none of us will be going again Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Polishing, Vacuuming, Car waxing
