I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Brought a class 7 / 4 MOT bay full package 3 years ago. We have had multiple problems with the brake tester. The beam Jack broke and took over a year to replace. The 4 poster is rusting away in several places. Had replacement smoke head and a PC … in fact nothing has not broken down ! Even the decelerometer came with only a years calibration on it ! Avoid at all costs - we didn’t choose the cheapest but we did choose the worse !!

Very poor customer service, I bought class 4 ramps including installation 18 months ago of them n paid all in cash.i am having an hydrolic oil leaking issue since they installed the ramps. It's been over an year I have complained and no reply. I complained last month again and I was told that some 1 ll contact you. Would not recommend use them. Rip off and useless n low standard parts

Dreadful. Machine is only four months old and the smoke meter packed up.Phoned up constantly, noone answers just an automated message that we request call back.Aftersales is no existant. We cannot do MoTs until it's fixed yet cannot contact them to get it fixed

We bought a new smoke machine that was delivered one month ago. The oil temperature probe and mouse were broken on arrival. A month later we still have not had the replacement part delivered. Wish I had bought from another manufacturer.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CRYPTON, emissions analyser broke down multiple times, within 2 years, they will leave you without a functioning machine until they can find a used replacement to fit to your machine! After sales support is a joke, line managers and managing directors only care about money! I was left without a functioning machine for over a week, i wasted hours on the phone, the supplier and manufacturer do not care. If you buy from them, be ready to spend weeks of loss of business and income!

Problems from day one, first was software issues which engineer could not fix, had to wait for a replacement PC. Then further issues reinstalling the software on the new system. Then since starting to use the actual scissor lift (2 days in) it has failed already. Crypton support are not very helpful and the turn around for repair not realistic for a running garage. Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone looking to run a successful business. Also just beware, the manager never returns any calls, have been waiting 6 days now and counting........
