I'm one of the KS campaign backers. And I can say their communication skills are rather than "special". We all know this is a small company, but they have to think about how they're managing this situation. I backed the project in Kickstarter and confirmed it in GameFound in October 2021. In November 2022, the status changed to shipped, but no tracking info was provided. Now, in April 2023 I haven't received anything, and any question asked to Criptic Cabin using the KS messaging system hasn't been replied. This lack of information is frustrating I should change MY ORIGINAL RATING for this business. After a few mails, we met during Warhammer fest in Manchester last weekend, and I have my brushes now. They look good, now i have to test them. In my opinion, they are trying to improve and provide a good service for everyone. No one knows how to run a business and they're learning from scratch. All the best for them, they're working hard.

I have visited the Cabin a few times now and I can't speak more highly of it. I am more into board games than Warhammer but it is a great mix of people who go and the space is comfortable and everyone is so welcoming, whatever you are coming to do. Fantastic range of games to play and the staff know how to explain the games so well whenever I need it! Staff attentive, friendly and fun! Another bonus is they have options for coffee and alcohol, so a great place to hang out day or night. Nothing else like this place in the area and I think I will be visiting for some time. Highly recommend!
