Absolutely love this place. Staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Love the normatec compression but the buzz you get from standing in the cryo chamber for 3 minutes is as high you could get. Instantly takes the pain form any niggles in the body , helps with sleep and amazing for your mental health. Recommended to do freeze with a friend so you can push each other through. 💪🏼
