If I was to write a review a few months ago, it definitely wouldn’t have been a 5 star one nor would I have had good words to say. HOWEVER, the new management and staff at Cryers are finally saving the company! I have been renting from Cryers for 6 years now and have always had a great experience up until about a year ago. As I was about to give up hope, new management came in and saved the day and reminded me how great this company can be! We got all of our issues sorted that have been going on for a while(due to previous staff) and the response and communication is beyond amazing! Really friendly, efficient and caring staff. SPECIAL THANKS to Emily from the Bedford place branch, as she has gone above and beyond to make us very happy tenants once again! Please, do not base your opinion on the previous reviews as things have most definitely changed and the new staff are amazing and doing great work!

Worst agency in the whole uk. This is my personal experience. I have been renting flats/houses with other agencies since 2010 and no agency deducted more than £26 of my deposit. Because i keep my place nice and tidy. Stayed with cryers for almost 2 years and worst experience ever. If you report any maintenance issues in property that will never get sorted while you are in property. Because it costs money. And once you give your notice then these guys will go in every corner of the property and take pictures and do deduction from deposit. This is my personal experience but luckily i had pictures and videos of the condition of the property when i moved in and i reported to 3rd party to help me and i got my deposit. Thanks to 3rd party. SHAME ON YOU CRYERS TEAM YOU GET YOUR WAGES BECAUSE OF WE TENENTS AND SEE THAT'S HOW YOU TREAT US.

Sorry for my previous review, I have rented house through Cryers and thought it was quality house. But unfortunately past two weeks we are facing lots of issues and from day one we are continuously following to rectify the issues with Cryers and getting very poor response. Our first experience with Cryers made us to literally cry.
