Took over an hour and a half to be delivered- when it arrived it was cold! Had to call up three times to find out where my pizza was and the woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful and told me there was nothing she could do about our cold food Pizzas are small, over priced and undercooked don't waste your money

This place used to be absolutely amazing. I don't know if it has changed hands but tonight the pizza spent an hour in the delivery car (should be a ten minute journey). The woman in the shop didn't appear to care at all when I called to see where it was, just mumbled something about her driver and hung up. The pizza, which was was obviously stone cold and congealed by the time it arrived, was absolutely disgusting. There was a bottle of Coke, but it had taken all the heat from the pizza having been kept in the same bag, and was actually so hot as to be undrinkable. It's really disappointing as Crust used to be a treat worth every penny. Now it makes Dominos look like haute cuisine.

Our order took almost 2 hours to deliver and it was cold and hard. We had to call the store multiple times to chase the order and they claimed they couldn't get through to the driver. They wont even cancel the order as the manager had gone home and he too was not answering his call. Total waste of money.

We ordered a large pizza meal deal which consisted of a Vietnamese chilli chicken pizza, seasoned potato wedges, and a 500ml drink. We also ordered a portion of BBQ chicken wings. The pizza is probably the best thin crust pizza we've had in a long while. Nothing to fault, I will definitely be ordering again.

Had my first Crust pizza tonight via deliveroo. The pizza arrived on time and I think all was correct. The pizza was fine - and that's my main issue. Pulled pork and goats cheese pizza - both were immediately forgettable as they has no real flavour. Nothing terrible mind, just dull. You never would know one was goats cheese for example. Not a bad experience just bland

Really regret ordering, food is basic and expensive. Delivery driver just left it in the lobby and never phoned. By the time I phone to ask where it was we found out it was delivered, but by now it was stone cold. Terrible customer service.

I tried to give feedback privately but no way to email. My tandoori pizza was missing the yoghurt topping, was dry and had clearly been made long before the pickup time. Disappointed, wish I’d opened it when I collected as it even looked dry and missing ingredients
