Really clunky system. Integrations with Monzo are not very good and involves manually entering lots of information that should just be pulled through automatically. Customer success team have been quite helpful, though I feel you either need some tech that is so intuitive that it makes your life easier, or you just pay an accounting firm to do your work for you. Crunch seems like it is stuck in middle and you just end up doing lots of manual work for them
