    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... THEY ARE UNSAFE AND UNHELPFUL. we have had a terrible experience with them. They are unapproachable and just keep giving the same block reply. We are considering legal action against them. Be warned... they are great at selling but do not care about the safety and well-being of their customers

    I have been try to change a cruise sine the 24/12/2022 and I am still not getting anywhere. They are complete shysters. I have been advised they will call me back Umpteen times and I am still not getting anywhere. It's funny how you can get through within 5 minutes to book a cruise but when it comes to actually sorting something out you are on the phone for over an hour only to be told they will get someone to phone you back and I am still waiting to resolve this. Please don't deal within anyone called George Davison as he is a complete waste of time. I am going to lose over £1300 when I told the deposit was £800. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS CRUISE COMPANY AGAIN. There are far, far better companies which are so much more helpful than these. I shall be using from now on. Shame on them

    Booked a cruise for October 2023 to the US in July 2022. Paid a deposit. My wife was dignosed with cancer in Nov 2022 so had to cancel cruise. The deposit was not refunded, even for medical reasons and the fact that we could not get insurance cover, even is she could travel. We have done many cruises in the past but never booked with Cruise Co which I consider to be totally inflexible and 'washed their hands' by saying 'deposits are not refundable' Why?
