I met James when he was undertaking an annual boiler service at a friend's house. He did far more than previous workmen. My own boiler needed to be replaced. This took about 10 hours and was done to a high standard. I will be arranging for him to undertake my annual boiler services and related work. Very pleasant manner and willing to provide advice.

James has serviced my boiler for a couple of years now. The first time he carried out a repair and included it in the price of of the service. Recently the boiler developed a fault which should have been covered by insurance. I was told they would only carry out the repair once the system had been flushed. James completed this and charged less than quoted as it took less time than expected. The insurance company then changed their minds and said I was not covered after all and once again, James stepped in quickly, He discovered it was not what the insurance company engineer had said, carried out the repair, helped me make a formal complaint and refused to accept payment for the repair until I had resolved the complaint with the insurance company. Surely that should tell you everything. Can't fault him at all and I shall continue to sing his praises from the roof tops and recommend him at every possible opportunity. Thank you James!!
