Lazy lacklustre communication and dereliction of serving the taxpayer in simple duties - still awaiting a copy of a wedding certificate paid upfront including postage and over 20 days without receivership resulting in follow up phone with Sharon as well as email communication . Itโs over 10 days which has amounted to non-actionable service. What hope do the people of Croydon have with a bankrupt and abominable service - maybe a recruitment drive is in order to get rid of the dead wood. Result - Still awaiting certificate. A relatively simple process that canโt be processed. If this delay is the result of the pandemic I dread to think how efficient it will be up to full capacity.
