The frames of my glasses broke so I took them to the Croydon Eye Centre and asked them to replace the frame, however, they managed to 'destroy' the lenses, they scratched them so badly I could not use the glasses any more. I asked them to replace the lenses but they refused to do it free of charge and they wouldn't even offer a discount. They are not professional opticians, they are just cowboys.

They are also very warm and friendly people; that's the reason I have been a customer for over 30 years! My family are customers too.
