The frames of my glasses broke so I took them to the Croydon Eye Centre and asked them to replace the frame, however, they managed to 'destroy' the lenses, they scratched them so badly I could not use the glasses any more. I asked them to replace the lenses but they refused to do it free of charge and they wouldn't even offer a discount. They are not professional opticians, they are just cowboys.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and don't just tell you what you want to hear. They are experts in what they do and give excellent advice. They are also very warm and friendly people; that's the reason I have been a customer for over 30 years! My family are customers too. They really care about your eyes and ensure glasses (or contact lenses) are a perfect match not just for your face but your pocket. No-one else compares!

Very friendly! know their stuff, I have been a customer for 20+ years and never had any issues. I now "commute" to Croydon (from north kent) once a year to have an eye test and updated specs.
