They don't deliver when promised, also don't even notify you they are not turning up. Impossible to contact on the phone. They have the most abysmal phone system which places you in a silent queue! So you don't know if you are no. 1 or no.53 in queue. Be prepared for a poor service. 13/06/2022 still abysmal service though at least their phone system now tells you where you are in the queue. However customer service still abysmal even though they called me about a delivery and as a query arose they promised to call back. NO CALL BACK. Where do they find these employees who can't even keep their promises!

2.01am my partner called as my bed is deflated and will not pump up, was told a call would be made back. Its now 4.56am no call received. So my partner called again, to be told just now we are very busy. I am not long out of hospital and i am in this bed 24/7 the bed is flat and im in severe pain. Where is the care for people like myself that are unable to get in and out of bed daily..... I am disgusted to be treated this way. How on earth did they get a contract with the NHS??? I AM BEYOND APPALLED BY THIS, THEY ARE CAUSING MORE DAMAGE TO PEOPLE, WHERE IS THE CARE???!!!

Reviews speak for themselves. A whole year's worth of one-start reviews and I am sure like me, if people could give zero-star they would. Ringing them for a redelivery today for my elderly father, after the first one failed (if they even attempted it, that is) having been given the incorrect date wasting me a whole day waiting. Supposedly 9th in phone queue, on hold for 2 hours, then cut off without warning. This is for 1pm Friday afternoon. This is how the most vulnerable in our society get treated.

Waited in all day for a mattress delivery which was supposed to happen between 10am and 3 pm. As it was needed for my mother, who was discharged from hospice care yesterday, we tried calling at 3.30 pm. I was still holding on at 5.30pm without being able to speak to anyone. Eventually turned up at 7pm. Very stressful experience not knowing whether my dying mother would have a bed to sleep on last night. Shocking customer service.

Shocking amateur service. This must be removed from this company. I will be pursuing how this contract was awarded and ensure it is removed from them. Helpful when your partner is a QC. We will pursue all avenues to achieve this. Please leave any comments you have regarding your own experience with them.

Totally unprofessional team. Given they provide services to the most vulnerable in the community, I cannot believe this team continue to run and even able to meet the standards of care required. Phone call non contactable, demands all adjustments be made in advance of them appearing on site but then cancel with no notice and even lost record of appointments (not just once but twice). Very limited flexibility on services and equipment they provide, unable to negotiate better pricing for additional equipment. Office is too cramped with very limited area to move, parking are is very difficult and very limited space for wheelchair user which is quite unhelpful for someone providing wheelchair and disabled equipment.

I am a carer for a wheelchair user, having issues with my clients equipment, they do not answer the phone or get back in a timely fashion unless you go through a third party like an OT.

My father passed away last Monday and I have a bed and commode and arm chair that needs picking up been trying to contact for a week now and still no answer ,my mother is finding it hard everytime she walks past the room it upset her .
