Without a doubt the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Called me naive for being transparent and honest in telling him that we have got other quotes. I think this may show a reflection in his own business practice where he is most probably is not honest or transparent. Accused me of wanting to use his plans to go and get a cheaper price elsewhere. I didn't even give ask for any plans nor did want any. All I wanted was a price based on what information I had given him. I gave him room dimensions, and the types of equipment that the system would have to be compatible with with as much detail as possible. In my view a site visit would not even have been necessary. I gather that in the past this has happened but I'm not in the building industry and simply wanted a quote for an installation. Asked for money upfront to just give a quote, something that not any other company I spoke to even asked for and didn't even realise that was a thing that happened until my call with him. It's a shame his colleagues that I spoke to the previous day seemed great and honestly had a good feeling about the company before the verbal assult of a phonecall. Probably a good thing he refused to give a quote, everything happens for a reason!
