So have not replaced a broken bin and timelines for replacement in excess of 3 months and yet, have refused a bin collection on grounds that the current broken bin is not “safe”. What are people supposed to do? Shambles of an administration in the provision of the most basic services. I suspect they’re currently more focussed on further speculative property developments.

Croydon Council repair department poor service we need a reform yesterday I had appointment no one show up I have a blockage toilet they make me wait for two weeks and no one show up it’s not the first time they’ve done this we are suffering in the hands of this people and Croydon Council they don’t care about the community The complaint department is not working if you want to raise a problem you have to go through The Lawyer what is this we need a new company that is the train and understand the need of Croydon community people The cost of living is high they make me pay private to solve my housing repair problem it’s disgraceful.

So rude and unhelpful when you call. They make everything seem like its your fault and give unreasonable time windows when they want information, but take their time when its down to them to do something. They do more harm than help and is truly the worst run council with the worst staff i have ever witnessed. The way they act is criminal, other companies would be shut down if they did the same.

This lumpy blonde woman with short hair and glasses (manager of housing) had the nerve to ask me whilst I was breastfeeding my child "how do we know that's really your daughter?" after seeing all my scans as proof of pregnancy to house me😂 how disgusting. They took so long to house me when I finally moved after giving birth I strayed to bleed heavy, have temperature nd be dizzy due to the strain. The audacity!!!
