Massive thank you to Wayne and his team at Croydon Bouncy Castle, literally was a life saver for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately we was let down last minute by another company and got in touch with these guys and their service was unbelievable! Arrived within the time as instructed, was polite, punctual and overall perfect! I can't thank you guys enough and my daughter had the best day ever!!! I booked with Wayne for 2 bouncy castles for our gender reveal party (one kids playzone and another normal bouncy castle)... They arrived to the venue on time and collected on time, set up/set down done professionally and would recommend booking. Sadly very disappointing experience. We booked a bouncy castle, nerf gun shoot out and manned candy floss for a community event. The Nerf gun shootout was not as per the advertised photos. They outsourced the candy floss and left us with one jar of ingredients and no one to man the stand. They promised to rectify but weren’t able to on the day so volunteered a full refund. They then confirmed they would send the money but did not. I have chased a number of times and am now being ignored. Therefore not only can I not recommend, I would also suggest your avoid this company and use another for your party.
