I would like to thank Jamie Smith P201 & Alexandra Petryszyn.Last Monday 11 October 2021 for helping me when I blacked out walking to work,my husband picked me up and took me to Croydon University Hospital but I could not get out the car.My husband asked two ambulance staff to help me out of car.The personal assistant there gave me was very appreciated and I will never forget this..You are both a credit to the london ambulance services. I have 3 fracrure mid shift of right humerus and wear a brace to get the elbow back to its position.From the bottom of my heart ❤thank you again.

Kept me waiting for three hours then called to see if "things had changed" couldn't walk, my poor children had to spend 30mins trying to lift me out of bed. Why do I pay every month into a system that doesn't care about me. Privatise please! Bloody useless!

My husband has parkinsons and has an issue with like panic attacks especially when on the toilet iI can't get him off the loo I always try to do it myself but most times I can't do it I than have to call an ambulance they are always very quick to respond I hate having to bother them as I know that they are very busy but they always tell me it's okay but I feel it's i should be able to do it when I see program like 999 I feel very bad as I can not deal with this problem and some people call them for no real reason and then get rude and aggressive to the controller which is so bad I have been a controller for an organisation and know that people get aggressive when you don't do what they think you should but these people do such a great job and I hate having to call them please please have some respect for all of these people controllers and the ambulance people they deserve so much more from the public please be respectful I cant thank them enough if you can get to the hospital or doctor yourself do so and don't waste their time think before you call
