From the deepest darkest depths of the River Wandle, to the warmth of the Addington Liesure Centre pool sessions, to the boulder gardens of the Brecons and Dartmoor. These are just a few of the trips Ive paddled on with C.A.P. For all ages, abilities and disabilities, these friendly fun and slightly 'out there' bunch, have taken my partner and I in as complete novices and coached and trained us and brought us on a long way as paddlers. With safety always top of the list, we were always made to feel safe and comfortable on whatever water, be it pool, flat, sea or whitewater we paddled while we increased our skills and knowledge.....we're still learning! Stumbled across the CAP guys a few months ago. My partner and I were complete beginners and started by attending the pool sessions in New Addington. Since then we have been white water kayaking in Dartmoor on a sea trip, and a moving river trip with the gang! What a welcome friendly bunch they are. Full of help, and advice to help you gain many skills but mostly its all about having fun and enjoying the sport. If kayaking is something you thought you could never do, think again. Its for all ages and abilities / disabilities.
