I bought a new Croydex toilet seat from Wickes and had it delivered today. My wife fitted it with a little help from me. It was not as easy as I thought it would be to fit. However my wife methodically worked through the instructions and fitted it tonight. It is good quality and we are very pleased with it. I don’t think we would have been as successful with cheaper alternatives.

Fair play to Croydex - had an issue with a shower basket which became faulty. Without any issues contacted their customer service and was sent a replacement without all the fuss one has when having issue with a product. That is what I call ‘excellent customer service’.

5 star customer service from Croydex . I ordered a bathroom cabinet via Amazon. It was obviously a returned goods as a glass shelf was chipped and pieces were missing. When I phoned direct to Croydex, they sent me replacements next day and free of charge, even though they had not dispatched the original to me.
