Sells damaged goods and intentionally doesn't list said damage to increase sales prices, when confronted, a very dishonest representative stated its a buyers fault for not assuming everything sold in auction is damaged

AVOID! A Venetian mirror I purchased was broken. When confronting them about it they claimed "it came like that", which was a complete lie. Also, an "ebonised" table wasn't actually ebonised, just amateurishly painted with black paint.

Great company to deal with, we have used them multiple times and have recommended them to friends. Nick helped us with our probate job, he identified quickly items of value and provided a true valuation for our records. Items that sold with them achieved values that we had hoped for. They even helped by recommending a local professional house clearance firm who cleared the less valuable items and junk ! Would highly recommend them to anyone having to deal with a probate situation. Thanks to Marco, Nick and all the team at Crows Auction Dorking.

Terrible company to deal with , promised to call back when informed of the issue , they didn’t . Then when I called then when trying to deal with the issue they hung up . Avoid them !! Responding to the lies in there reply comment I told them On a Wednesday which is not the end of the week ? , and a person saying goodbye does not mean they didn’t hang up . You also did not offer return costs , I had to ask and you limited it to £8 . They have now revived the clock back and have said they will resell it despite the damage and have now stated they will not pay the return costs as they stated in their reply . Don’t trust this company !!!
