Charged £100 for parking less than 20mins plus provided proof of payment. Apparently, although I read the sign, I paid the wrong company. Rather than allowing me to pay them the fee as they could see I’d paid on the day from the screenshot & bank transfer, wouldn’t accept it. No wonder this once busy car park is emptying. Going through Trading Standards as POPLA could not help as the wording of the law favours these immoral outfits that invoice you with threats knowing you have not tried to get away without paying. They are laughing all the way to the bank off the backs of honest people whilst damaging hardworking businesses

AVOID THIS CAR PARK AND YOU'LL AVOID A FINE! Wish it could be 0 stars. Never write reviews but this one needed it. A month after parking here I get a fine through the door for £100 or £60 if paid in 14 days! No signage or clear signage to indicate it's a pay and display and going by the other reviews, we're all in the same boat. DO NOT PARK HERE! I won't be in the future!

Would give it minus 10 stars if I could. DO NOT park here unless you want a fine they are absolute scam artists. We paid via the app (or so we thought) left thinking nothing was wrong and we'd paid. The app was very confusing and my partner thought the payment had gone through. It didn't take any payment so we have to pay this fine. The app is probably made to do this! They need shutting down judging by everyone else's poor experiences.

This was one of the worst shopping places, I came in to buy a £3 item and i ended up paying £100 for a parking fine. There is no obvious parking signs, the parking instruction are not clear, the ticket machines are not easily located. I feel this parking setup is a scam, many people got fined in this place, am never coming back again.
