Contacted Crown Utilities for connections to a complex site and have to say their service to date has been first class. Have dealt with both Ellis and Freddie and they have been fantastic. They make the process seamless and efficient and have saved a lot of money through looking at alternative solutions. Note this was initially a 5 star review. Down graded to 1 star. Crown have taken over 1 year to get our connections on and actually took no ownership through the process.

I have had the pleasure in the support from Lily to get me connected to a gas provider and a meter which was a nightmare journey prior to reaching out to Crown Utilities. I can't tell you how supportive she has been from the get go. Lily has great communication skills and importantly most punctual. Her knowledge is vast and i have felt so reassured handing this mammoth task over to Lily. The boys that turned up to do the works, were so polite and hard working, they didn't stop Very great job 15/10 As for the girls in the office, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They processed everything so quick, surveyor out ahead of schedule and works completed quicker than i could of hoped for. will definitely use Crown again

I had originally given a glowing five star review at the outset of our involvement with Crown Utilities however, one year on, the opposite is the case unfortunately. We have been badly let down, particularly with the electrics side of things - not being made aware our initial £2K VAT-less payment for the 'temporary' connection, which was suggested to us prior to beginning our house build, would then require a further £2K-plus with VAT payment when being moved from 'temp' to the house itself...the distance is only a matter of of yards too. We're now being told it will be two months to get that work completed, appalling. Some of the staff who have since left Crown were good, our experience recently has been poor.
