Some staff are amazing (perhaps 4 members of the gang) and others like Becca & a young man (at gym reception) are unwelcoming and actually nasty to some clients, which is an “odd” experience for a customer orientated 4 star hotel. Such a pity as spoils the experience overall. They should be better trained to make clients feel welcome!

Has become too expensive over the years. Doesn't give option to have membership without spa facilities so it's £45 a month which is a shame. Will be changing gyms.
