Horrible service. Bought house with crown alarm service installed but no contract, kept going off in middle of night and waking neighbours and children and beeping incessantly. Initially tried to get a new contract, but they did not follow up or send. After two hours of constant noise and asked for service to be powered down to stop disturbance and was quoted 250 pounds and only offered to come 2 days later... it seems they had left a noisy extortion device in my home... they said if we agreed a contract they could come sooner to stop the noise. These people should be ashamed of themselves, unethical, unscrupulous behaviour.

Despite not having a service agreement with Crown they went above and beyond to get an engineer the same day. He fixed the alarm very swiftly and professionally, the staff were very helpful and I now have a service agreement with them.
