Very poor customer service. Went looking for a specific brand of taps. They didn’t really have many available but was shown two. I took my phone out to take a pic of one to share the potential options with my plumber, and the staff member at Crown Plumbing said “buy online if you’re shopping around”. I walked out almost immediately without further comments to this nonsense. The whole idea and point was to buy local and give the local shops my business rather than giving my money to Mr. Bezos, but it seems Crown is doing really well and doesn’t need any more business from anyone else, not even locals. Lesson learned. I’ll stay away from this shop. They’re clearly clueless.
