( GO DOUBLE APPLE NOT CROWN LOUNGE ) The security guard at the door is very rude and has an attitude. Just he's whole way of talking to you and he's stance and aggressive manner. He needs to be shown he's not as tough as he thinks he is. Went to this place at 9.10pm they were closing at 10pm me and my girlfriend was happy to only smoke till 10, but they refused us entry and said there was no space. There was people clearly leaving the place so there was the space to accommodate us. But the security was very rude and was trying to still tell me no space!! To be honest dont go to this place at all. Your better off going a few doors down to ( DOUBLE APPLE 🍎 ) there service is much better and more accommodating . What crown lounge needs to do is put another security guard at the front of door without the attitude maybe somebody that is good at dealing with the public face to face.

If your wanting a nice quiet place to smoke a Shisha this place is pretty good. The reason why I’ve given it a 3 stars is because in regards to Shisha it’s hit and miss some days are brilliant but other days not so great. And when your spending money you expect it to be on point all the time. Other than that the customer service is great.

Shisha average and too expensive at £22 for one flavour. There were 3 of us, and they forced us to buy 2 shisha’s, even though we explained that only 2 of us were smoking. We bought food and drink as well, totalling £40 but were still forced to buy a second shisha that went unused. This silly policy will cost them customers. Not going back.

I ordered a shisha and it was alright. Tea was good and food was good and for a good price. We sat in in the terrace which has heating. The inside did not look too appalling... A lot of young people too. Recommend for a one time thing. Staff was really nice though !

Visited the Crown Shisha lounge on Turnpike Lane tonight with friends again. I'm glad we didn't sit outside in the canopy area as it was chilly but inside was nice and warm. The Vibe was great. Enjoyed the Lamb shawarma and Shisha inside. The Shisha was on point. Will be back again soon!
