This is my 6th ( I think) purchase of a car from Crown Honda. I especially wanted to buy from Franki when I saw a lady salesperson You don't see many women in this field (Girl power!!!) Franki was very patient and attentive, understanding what a big decision it was and accommodating my lifestyle. Got on so well I feel like we could go out for a cup of tea !! Will definitely buy again from Franki Thank you I won't buy a car from anywhere else !! The service department are excellent too. I booked my car in for a service and was told over the phone to bring it in at a time and date I had to ask if I would receive a confirmation email and was told yes of course but it never arrived. On the day of service I arrived and there was no record of this and unfortunately this isn’t the first problem I have had at crown Bushey.
