    Used this company a couple of years ago to lay a patio in my back garden. Although the majority of the workers were well mannered and did a pretty good job, the owners were not nice people. They were rude, sometimes aggressive and would leave cigarette buts all over the place! I would say that Carl is a bit of a con man, very good at selling you a vision but most of it was lies (i.e. didn't use Type 1 MOT as promised, tried to get away with not digging down deep enough, didn't lay on a full bed, as slabs have already started to come lose!). Also promised a 10-year guarantee and I didn't even get an invoice/receipt. Instead, just a lot of pressure to make the final payment after they grouted over 100m2 of patio in about an hour! They were also called something else at the time so I suspect they change their business name every few years to try and get away from negative reviews. Although a lot cheaper than other quotes, I would avoid (unless you can just avoid dealing with the owners)
