What is the ideal shopping experience? I would say shopping locally in a well-stocked store where you are greeted by a friendly staff who are patient, professional and knowledgeable and who work in your best interest to find the best deals for you. I would also say you cannot get better than a one-to-one service with an actual human being! Crown Decorating Centre in West Thurrock, with its store manager Claire Baker and her assistant Zainab, fulfil all the above.

Great store! There was plenty of information and samples of products available. The store was clean and well laid out. All the staff were friendly and polite, but I was especially impressed with the staff member who served me by the name of Zay. I was unsure of what paint to buy, so I asked every question I could think of to ensure I got the right product; she was so patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Excellent customer experience overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for quality paint.

was served by a lovely young lady called zay today. she was so helpful and informative. explain in detail about the paints we chose and helped us made a decision. we had our paints mixed and was so happy with the colour. she showed us different tools we needed for other jobs in the house and also secured all our paint pots with tap to make sure they didnt spill. excellent sevice from both staff members today. will certainty recommend friends and family to use your company from now on.

We would highly recommend this place. My husband and I are returning clients and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Such a professional and friendly customer service and an excellent choice of colours and finishes. We’ve been served by the same lady last year and also a few weeks ago when we returned for purchasing more paints for our summerhouse. Unfortunately, we forgot to take her name, but would like to highlight that she is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and efficient. We will be definitely coming back for more paints soon :) Keep up the good work!
