Store was open on a Bank Holiday. They mixed the litre of "Old Gold" paint in store, as I could not find it locally. Plenty of painting equipment and advice to be had....thanks.

I’ve been using crown decorating centre in Welwyn Garden while renovating my house on the recommendation of a friend who used to be a decorator. I’ve been so impressed with crown paint that I won’t go anywhere else now. I’ve used some dark colours that have covered in one coat which I wasn’t expecting. It’s saved me a lot of time and the scrubbable paint really is scrubbable which has been really handy with young children. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and to be honest I wasn’t sure how welcome I was going to be as I’m not in the trade. That didn’t matter at all and they have given all the advice I needed. I have been recommending them to everyone!

I wouldn't buy paint from anywhere else. The customer service is BEYOND excellent - and so rare to find these days. Sally is amazing - full of ideas and product knowledge (and so patient while I change my mind a million times). It's a breath of fresh air to go to a store where they KNOW THEIR STUFF and take such pride in their work and products. I"m seriously impressed!
