I've had an awful experience! Went to a decorating center thinking they were specialists. I bought the paints of a lovely lady. Anyhow I was specific that I needed them to match to wallpaper and a unit. I was advised that they maybe be a shade lighter or darker. But that the shade would match. Cut a long story short I had 2 paints that didn't match. One was a peacock blue colour. They gave me 2 samples to try and match it up to. But they didn't match. I then took a piece of wallpaper that they matched it up to perfectly. I had bought 2 tins of this paint and asked for a second tin that matched up and was told no. Secondly the grey gloss I bought didn't match up at all with the wallpaper it was supposed to match. I was told I wasn't getting any refund or exchange for this. Please see picture attached and you will see the colour difference. Whilst I know there can be some variation in colours. These aren't lighter or darker variations of the shades in the book. They're completely different shades.

They do not accept cash here. Says Card Payments only on the entrance door. I travelled 6miles as well, with the cash i had withdrawn.
