Had such a positive experience this morning at Crown Luton - Russell could not have been more friendly or helpful when serving me. Whilst we were chatting, he also told me that any mis-mixed/ faulty/spilt cans of paint are donated to the Women's Refuge, which, in my opinion, adds even more to their brilliant service.
