I recently used Steve at Crown Computer Repair to copy all my documents etc., on to a new laptop. Not being very technically minded myself I thought there was bound to be problems but no, everything went incredibly smoothly. Steve was so helpful in answering my questions and giving advice. We found Crown Computer Repair Services by searching the Web. My wife and I had purchased new PCs and needed someone to transfer the contents of our old computers to the new ones. This was complicated by the fact that my old PC had completely "died", meaning that the drives had to be removed and their contents backed up to an external drive to enable their transfer. And what a good choice! Steve was outstandingly helpful and managed to extract all my "lost" files in addition to remotely transferring my wife's files from one PC to another. He certainly 'went that extra mile', particularly successfully saving my photographs (some 11,000 of them!) that I feared were lost for ever. We would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and Crown Computers to anyone looking for computer support.
