  I booked Crown Cleaners for an end of tenancy clean and if I had relied on their cleaning then it definitely would not have passed the check. Instead, I had to do two additional hours of cleaning myself to cover all the areas missed or poorly done. Essentially, the cleaners gave the house a cursory clean in a number of rooms. I sent photos to head office who claimed they were stains that couldn't be removed but I was able to clean the areas with a little bit of a scrub. After much to-ing and fro-ing, I was able to get a measly £15 refund but will certainly never use them again and would recommend that most people avoid using them for an end of tenancy clean, unless you want to do some additional cleaning yourself.

  I would not use them. Arrived late and unprepared, and their couldn’t speak a word of English. Subsequent customer service experience was horrendous as well.

  I opted for end of tenancy cleaning. I am upset with the rude behaviour of the cleaning team who arrived late. Left without contacting me in a very short time. Did not do work properly, apart from cleaning bathrooms. I had to do mopping myself and remove stains left over oven, stove and kitchen floor. Had to pay again for another agency as the work was not done as was promised. I will never use or recommend this cleaning service.

  Organised an end of tenancy clean and upholstery cleaning with this firm for 30th November 2022. Everything on the phone seemed professional and they sent confirmation. On the day of the clean they contacted me to say the team were running late, which was fine by me, then the agent advised that I was to pay cash on arrival to the team and then I was to leave the property. I said I wasn't comfortable with this as it had never been mentioned. The agent swore blind it was on my confirmation email, but this is incorrect, it was never mentioned on the paperwork I received and agreed to. When the team arrived I explained to the team leader that I wouldn't be giving them cash on arrival and I would do so when they finished, and nervously left the house to run errands. I returned in a bit of a rush as I got caught in traffic and did a cursory check over the apartment and thought everything was in order. When I checked more thoroughly I found that the clean was substandard. The oven clean that I had paid for was done on the inside, but all the gunk from inside the oven had dripped to the underneath of the door which wasn't cleaned. No dusting had been done on high level eg around the light fittings and they were which with dust, top shelves and dining room stools also which with dust. When I moved the furniture I found they hadn't moved to clean underneath it at all. I contacted the firm immediately and no answer, and when I repeatedly couldn't get through I emailed them and sent photos as I needed to get them back in under their 72 hour rule as I had tenants moving in. Their reply completely refused responsibility. Apparently the white plastic lights are classed as a 'chandelier' which they won't clean in case they break them. It's white plastic, not crystal. They said that there was nothing wrong with the oven despite the photos and then said that in the paperwork it says that they won't move furniture due to health and safety risk. I read through all the paperwork and there's no mention of this anywhere. As they refused to send anyone back and refused any form of refund, I had to get another company in to clean up the mess they left. My advice would be to go anywhere other than this company, you are wasting your money and you won't get any help to redo work they missed off, nor will you get a refund. All you will get is a headache. Please also note that when you click on their website from the Google reviews, it is a different website to their actual one. Bit of a smokescreen to all the bad reviews they got if you ask me. Service: Mattress cleaning

  I ordered an end of tenancy clean with a few add ons. Thought I would give Crown Cleaners a go as they had availability. Big mistake. Why? Not thorough and didn't get stains out as asked. They supposedly have a 72 hour satisfactory service whereby they go back and clean if they didn't do it right the first time. The response I get when I raised my queries with them 'we're human and they had a comeback for everything, pretty much denying liability. Awful service, best go with another company who actually do a good job and honour their end of the deal. I cannot recommend Crown Services. Services: Upholstery cleaning, Drapes & curtain cleaning, Carpet steam cleaning

  TRULY TERRIBLE COMPANY! I hired this company to do a deep cleaning of my carpet. I was at work and my girlfriend let them into my flat. When i came home from work, I was greeted with not only the one existing stain on my carpet growing exponentially, but 3 new stains!! When I contacted Crown "cleaners", they were rude, passive aggressive, and didn't provide even one solution. I ended up paying 84 pounds for a cleaner to come into my flat and stain my carpet 3 more times! Total rip off. Horrible service. Horrible cleaning. DO NOT USE if you want your carpet cleaner than when they arrive. Service: Standard cleaning
