Came to fit the carpet in the hallway, stairs and landing. During fitting, one of the fitters advised that the radiator was leaking but said straight away it wasn’t anything he had done. The radiator hadn’t been on the wall for months and then all of sudden when he’s fitting the carpet on the stairs, it starts leaking all over my freshly laid floor and freshly painted walls. Just a bit of honesty would have been good. Shame really. On the hand, the guy running the shop is a nice guy.

When having a carpet fitted by this company make sure they don't use a fitter called Chris Munro, he has left our carpet partly fitted and hasn't come back since despite numerous calls to complete the fitting.
