Highly recommend! We are so pleased with the extension built by Sam and the team at Crown Building Services. Communication was brilliant, honest, professional and prompt. Sam knows everything there is to know in his trade and we so felt relaxed knowing the build was being handled by an expert. I was surprised at how tidy and clean everything was throughout the build and every step of the way through out the process was dealt with to the tiniest detail. The build was as quick as it possibly could be and any little extra's to the build that we wanted were explained in full including costs so no hidden charges cropped up along the way. I could not recommend Crown Building Services higher, we were so lucky to have found them!!

I was looking for a carpenter to fit internal doors and Sam was recommended by a neighbour who was pleased with the loft conversion and extension he had done. Sam was responsive, easy to deal with and he made contact and arrived when he said he would. The two of them replaced all the internal doors in the house with oak veneer doors. They look amazing and fit and work as they should. It's made a huge difference to how the house looks and feels. They were always professional, prompt, clean and tidy and the price was about right for the quality and the labour involved.

CBS has just completed a loft conversion for us. The entire process was project managed by CBS and completed in the estimated 8 weeks. We found the team extremely professional and very focused to deliver the long list of key requirements we wanted from the project and with CBS drawing on their considerable experience actively worked with us to achieve them all. We are truly delighted! Having builders in your home along with the inevitable disruption can be wearing but CBS's professional and ethical approach to the build reduced this to a minimum. When you undertake a major project such as this value for money is always a key factor but something which is sometimes overlooked is the simple fact that you are buying builders professionalism I believe it's one of the most important factors. I'm very pleased to say on this occasion we got it totally right. I have no hesitation in recommending CBS - Thank you for a great conversion!

Crown Building Services have built an amazing L-shaped dormer loft conversion which has transformed our home. The quality of the work is outstanding and the work was completed within the timeframe set out at the start of the project and at a very competitive price. Sam has a great positive ‘can do’ attitude and helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. He is a friendly, reliable and trustworthy person and is very easy to work with. All the skilled tradespeople were equally as professional and worked to the same high standard as Sam. The communication is exemplary and Sam provided daily updates and photos of progress made via a What’s app group which we found helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crown Building Services and will definitely use them again for any future works on our home. Having used other building services in the past, we think they could learn a lot from Sam and his approach!

Sam and his team have delivered a stunning loft and beautiful new bathrooms to us. From the initial meeting with Sam, we "clicked" and knew that he had similar ideas to us about creating a light, modern and spacious environment. He brought fabulous ideas to the table such as a large skylight in the ensuite bathroom. Sam and his team were a pleasure to have around. As with any building job there are hiccups along the way but Sam dealt with these in his stride and with good measure. We now have a stunning new loft in which every day feels like we are waking up in a 5* hotel! I highly recommend Sam and Crown Building Supplies to such an extent that we have started work on a friend's total house refurb already and we have welcomed potential clients of the company to view our completed work! We came across Crown by chance as they were recommended to us through a company we had approached to replace a couple of windows on our house. What was initially a quote for just that grew into a much bigger job involving the near complete renovation of our upstairs, including a new main bathroom, all new doors and door frames, a complete facelift of our main bedroom and the installation of a new en-suite. We knew as soon as we met Sam that we had struck gold and hence didn’t even bother to get any further quotes. Having all of that work done to your house while you’re still living in it is never going to be a breeze, but Sam really did his absolute best to make things as pain free as possible, keeping us in the loop with things via the WhatsApp group he set up with me and my wife which allowed us to easily ask questions and send pictures of things we were curious about. Him and his guys were courteous and highly skilled and did an absolutely fantastic job, they were a joy to have around the place in all honesty, and we really couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re thinking about having building work done and are worried about who to use then just contact Crown - they really will put your mind at ease. We will absolutely be contacting them in future for a number of other bits we have planned.

I used Crown Building services to renovate my bedroom en-suite and main bathroom. They extended both and fully refurbished it to our design, with expert advice provided by them. They were fast, clean, professional and the level of communication was honest . But beyond that, they were flexible with their hours of work in the morning and evening as we have young children. I would highly recommend them! For any future works we may have we’ll definitely be using them again.
