Not a very helpful or happy chap...... moaned from the minute he got to the house. Everything seemed to much trouble for him as I got the impression he likes the quick in and out jobs (easy £45) He swept the chimney (badly, as there is still debris on the flat part that a proper certified chimney sweep has deemed a fire hazard, glad my instinct was right to get a second opinion) He didn’t even perform a smoke test (as I believe a proper chimney sweep should do) Spent your money on a proper certified sweep!
