This is a great camp site. The site is immaculate and is made a perfect site by the FANTASTIC site manager. He is such a friendly, polite, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and outgoing person. The site manager makes the site more welcoming and homely. The only thing this site needs is the shop back. The shop is an important and needed part of the site. The site is not near any shops, takeaways, etc and it is essential that the shop is returned to its former glory. Many hikers, campers relied and still rely on essential food items, and these are missing from the site due to the shop not being up and running. Please can you get the shop and stock back please? Thank you to the Amazing site manager for his great customer service and for finding us a pitch for our two tents after a long hike from Edale. Thank you from Dave (Brother) & Donna (Sister).

Amazing site, all you could want from a hidden gem with stunning views of some of the peaks. The staff are welcoming and very happy to help. Showers lovely and hot and very clean. It's worth noting that due to where you are, there is no Internet or phone signal. The only complaint I have is, The caravan and camping club have taken over the site shop, currently it's empty and it's the start of the season.....not what you want, when you need gas.....???? Come on CaCC, get your act together Dog-friendliness: Very friendly site
