Lovely guys running this place, welcomed with a lovely glass of wine. Bed made me sea sick in their standard double room. Room was nice but over shared corridor bathroom was tired and not very clean, and then we got unlucky with a local home alarm giving a lengthy alarm very early in our supposed lie in... beautiful garden on a steep hill. Felt welcome enough to make myself a cup of tea but the kitchen was filthy. I wished I hadn't seen the egg water... breakfast was ok, watery plate was a shame given above... overall was ok in a location that worked for us.
