I hgave two stars for the decor and the speedy response to my complaint. However I feel compelled to say that I came to this Salon having read good reviews and have been left with the worst haircut in my life(and I am 64!) which will take a good year to grow out! Suffice to say my "half inch" ended up as hacking off of at least three inches in a style that is terrible and the colour was nothing like we discussed! I am left very depressed about it (and I needed my mood lifting after Covid!) And embarrassed to meet anyone and looking like I took the scissors to my own hair! Sarah who had good reviews did it, but I must have been on one of her off days!! Needless to say I won't be returning or recommending this Salon although their decor is lovely!! The whole experience has distressed me greatly. However the owner refunded my money swiftly which I appreciated but I feel for the suffering and tone of will take to rectify this is no real compensation to me. The worst place I have ever been the owner wouldn't let me have a drink and couldn't justify why! Offers u a drink then charge u for it. Charged me £57 and didn't tell me what for. I was expecting to have my hair done by the same person I first saw but when I got there had an apprentice doing my hair total joke please don't be fooled by the appearance every paid after getting their hair done but I was asked to pay half way through my hair cut blantent discrimination it's a joke

Gorgeous salon, booked in for my eyebrows and decided to have a pedicure too, excellent service, lovely girls, even better to have a decent coffee too, from nespresso. Slightly disappointed that I wasn’t told I would be charged extra to have my gel soaked off, before I had the pedicure. I was only told the price of the pedicure.
