Nigel and Emma have always been wonderful with our Cat, Remus. We use Petpals to look after our cat when we are away from home. They are great with him, reliable, flexible, great value and trustworthy. They also send us pictures of how Remus is getting on via Whatsapp which we love! Far less stressful for the cat than a cattery, and great value.

Although I’ve not needed to use their services during the pandemic, it has been lovely seeing the happy posts from Petpals as they’ve continued to provide support for some very content looking cats and dogs. Having used Petpals many times in the past for my cats, I will certainly be calling them again as soon as I can travel again.
