I could hardly believe it when I asked when a taxi would next be available and Carlos said he'd be right over to pick me up! It was a real surprise. He also called ahead of time when he was 3 mins away. He's a seriously nice guy and it's well worth paying the £7.00 or so extra to bring him over from T Wells when the availablilty is on occasion so hit and miss within Crowborough itself. Great stuff. Thank you, Carlos.

Carlos failed to arrive at the agreed time only arriving an hour later while my wife stood outside the restaurant which had closy. The agreed price was £45 ,Carlos then charged £65. Very unreliable service.

Time waster! Decided clearly to take a customer to hove for more money when I was only 10 minutes late due to my train! He was in hove at 12:10 so clearly made the trip before I told him the train was delayed and he had no intention of being on time and then blamed me! It was originally booked for 12:10, and I gave him notice to say that the train was delayed by 10 minutes and he’s in hove and couldn’t pick me up until 1pm!

Booked to take us home from our wedding. Pre-paid but didn't turn up. No answer of either phone number provided. Next day, we received an email saying the chosen operator could not fulfil the booking. Bit late really to inform us... Avoid. Only positive was full refund did come through.
