I can’t fault this practice. Yes you may have to wait because there’s been an emergency or gp running late. Yes trying to get through on phone can be hard but I have always managed to get through in the end drs surgeries are busy. Nurse practitioner are great and if you are lucky/unlucky enough to see gp they never make you feel rushed. I can’t praise this medical centre enough

Shocking service once again. Attempting to get a GP report from this place is like pulling teeth. My advice....change your surgery! The receptionist are rude, arrogant and NEVER helpful! There is clearly a training need for how to deal with people!

Appalling service today for my disabled son Received a text to invite him for his booster vaccine at 4.27 today 21st so after arranging to go over to him prepare him for it and take him only to be told he had not done his 180 days !!!! Why the hell was he invited if it was too early, all they could do was apologise but that does not help me, now I have to somehow get him to go back !!!! There was also another person from his care setting who was also turned away, do they not realise the implications of arranging support for these people booking taxis as some cannot walk there only to be turned down. I volunteer at the Maldon vaccination centre and you cannot get an appointment until it’s been 180 days SHAME ON YOU !!!!

My husband presented himself today at the medical centre for his covid booster vaccine as requested by his GP. He is medically vulnerable and is due to have surgery in four weeks time. Got as far as the chair and with the vaccine in her hand the vaccinator wouldn’t proceed due to him being ONE DAY out of the six months since his last vaccination.

3year old had something wrong, nurse wanted to see them but booked an apt for the following week? maybe because we rung at 1630 and they was going home. Ended up having to go to out of hours. Been in SWF for over a year already and still not even see our GP, always gets handed over to a nurse even though you request a Dr.

Phone is constantly engaged, 9 times out of 10 you end up with a nurse practitioner rather than a doctor. It's not the staff's fault, it's the system Agree with other comments posted....... Could be managed far more efficiently While sitting in the waiting area Everyone seems to be busy doing not much Still run as 3 separate practices WHY ???
