Had a near-miss with one of their vehicles on the A1. The driver of their articulated lorry with low-loader decided to force his way into lane one from a short downhill slip road at speed. I in my loaded 3.5t van and with cars in lane two of two ALL had to make an emergency brake procedure. My emergency brake assist activated and the van came to a complete stop partially in both lanes one and two of the 70mph carriageway. Even when I passed the Crouch lorry much further on, the driver made no attempt to express any sign of apology. I contacted the company that day and the lady I spoke to was understanding and supportive. She took my contact details and said she would pass the details on. But over three weeks on, I have not received any follow-up.

Crouch Recovery are an excellent, professional company that went the extra mile to help our charity out with the unusual task of moving our container from our Southern Centre to the Midlands. I was stranded in a road next to the river ure and crouch recovery helped me get out of the flooded road as I was in a panic but Charley from crouch was such a delight who made me feel at ease and got me home safe and sound and was messaging me asking me to update her as she wanted to know when I was home safe Thank you crouch recovery and a massive thank you to Charley would like to send her a thank you card :)

These are our guardian angles and when we have a problem with the vehicle, sourcing parts for an unusual vehicle or finding someone for a specialist job they have never let us down. Just knowing that they are there takes away our worries. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, flexible. This is a properly good organisation offering top class service.
