3 times I’ve been here and 3 times I’ve been told “come back when the gaffas here”. So are the other men just there for display because I’m confused as to what they actually do if it’s not fixing cars? Have people working there that can do the job!

Nothing but problems. I used them multiple times and they failed me half of the time. The manual gearbox they replaced failed almost immediately in the same way the old one failed which leaves me to believe they didn't diagnose it right in the first place. Had them replace a tensioner which failed after a few months. I kept the receipt and ask them to honour their warranty, they said they needed to keep the car for a week for an engineer to come look at it if I wanted it on warranty or I would have to buy another one if I needed my car... What do you think I did? Went there for a brake job, came to collect the car later and it wouldn't start. Had to get it towed to the dealer and it cost almost a grand. Last straw was when they called me to collect my car. Not because it was ready but because they didn't want to do it. They said they were busy and they didn't want to take on a time consuming job even though I said I would pay for all their time. I had to take it to another garage on vicarage road who did the job the same day at a reasonable cost. It's really poor to treat a loyal customer like this but I'm glad I went elsewhere because I found better 👍
