If you are craving a quick donut, Crosstown will never disappoint. Both vegan and non-vegan options are really great. It would be great if they ever offered warm (freshly baked in front of you) option. In total, good donuts, though a little over priced.

Why sell stale donuts when that’s all you sell? Chewy (not in good way). Have lost their way with new flavours also.

We recently visited the Soho branch and purchased a few doughnuts. The 2 sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and the product is made with good ingredients, and the end product presentation is also good on the eye too. But with all that said, and taking all of the former into consideration, We were definitely not blown away (has we had all expected to be) by the 'overall' tasting experience of the individual doughnuts. Admittedly, some of the 'topping' finishes tasted great, but the confectioners 'custard-like' flavoured fillings tasted quite bland and not as rich as you would expect from a creme filled indulgent doughnut, which from the outset. This we believe let down and spoilt the overall experience in reflection of the £5 per unit cost. It may have just been down to the old 'Great Expectations' senario, paired with the average £5 cost per unit, which also impacted the overall review, which originally prepared us for something that didn't turn out to be has we thought.
