Bought two donuts as my birthday cake the day I got to London and they did not disappoint, my friend had peanut butter and jelly and I went with a simple cinnamon and sugar, both quite delicious, though I did find mine a bit dry, most likely because we bought at the end of the day. Would still definitely recommend!

Donuts were great but the person serving was not friendly at all. I was the first customer of the day; she unlocked the door and did not open it for me to come in (even though she had 100% seen me), turned her back and didn’t say good morning. She was also quite grumpy while serving me. I understand she might have had a bad morning but I really felt uncomfortable leaving the place (although the cinnamon donut changed all that in a heartbeat!) A few months later same person serving me was much friendlier! Well done! :-)

Bit disappointed. I have a peanut allergy, but Crosstown staff are usually great at explaining that everything is kept separately etc (although traces always likely!). However, on this instance I was told not to buy anything and informed that all doughnuts definitely have traces of nuts (Which I know not to be true). She even said that she was going against her job description in saying it - it honestly seemed like she didn’t want to go through the whole ‘allergy caution’ process which they usually do. I’ve ordered food countless times, and this is not regular practice for persons with allergens.

Doughnuts were nice but the server was very rude. Short lady with brown hair was giving an attitude as soon as we walked in the door. I asked if theyre open and her response was "why would you think that we are not open?" in a very rude tone. Also absurdly started slamming the window and the door to tell us that vaping is not allowed outside instead of just letting us know nicely like a normal person. Very strange attitude of the woman, feel bad for the others having to work with her. Shame sinse the doughnuts are nice. Tuesday 25th of april around around 6pm.
