Been to the Hammersmith branch 3 times , and the donut has always been super cold and stale. A donut is almost 5 pounds!You'd think for that price they would guarantee a fresh donut. EDIT: Thanks for responding Crosstown, I understand the cold has impacted the quality, but if you know that then protect the donuts in the back with some type of container and only leave a few behind the glass for customers to see. Again, a donut is 5 pounds I expect it to be fresh and for you to toss the ones that become stale during the day.

Favourite doughnuts of all time, love going there, however, this time around the customer service wasn’t the best. Received unnecessary attitude from the kiosk working when making my order, this is the only reason I deducted a star & gave 4 rather than 5.

The best doughnuts ever! So many great flavours and a nice dense consistency that’s not too sweet like some other brands. The pumpkin Doughnut that’s out now is amazing. If you get there just before closing time they do two doughnuts for £6 which is a good deal considering the full price.
