After having some terrible experience's in different shared accommodations over the last 12 months I found crossroads on Facebook and I'm so glad I did. They made the move very simple and the house is by far the best shared accommodation I've been in, clean, secure and peaceful. The crossroads staff have been brilliant and actually care about their tenants unlike other companies that offer supported accommodation. The support sessions every week are very helpful and I feel like with they're support I will have every opportunity to move forward. Would highly recommend crossroads housing!

I recently moved into one of Crossroads Housing supported accommodation properties. The application process was very quick and easy as well as fast response and they were more than happy to explain everything to me and amswer all of my questions. I then had a viewing, to see if I liked the room. The property is very clean and well maintained and i was able to move in to the property the same day. I am offered weekly support and the staff are very helpful and nice, thank you Crossroads Housing.

I was in dire need of place due to health reasons, loosing a job and loosing accommodation. Crossroads responded quickly and addressed my needs and reassured me on the day they could help me. They have provided me a lovely to space to live where I can feel safe and develop my life further. Furthermore the customer service is amazing they went above and beyond. The manager Michael who did the viewing was very polite, answered all my questions and reassured I was in a safe place. Lastly the admin lady Keisha has been lovely making sure everything was and set up for me. Excellent team. I am forever greatful 🙏🏽 😭 ✨️ Thank you Crossroads Housing

Crossroads Housing was a great supported living service. Houses are in a good condition and the housing team are quick to sort any issues such as electric or gas, or things not working. Support was of a really good quality, Das was an amazing support worker who really took time to listen to you and went above and beyond to help. Overall would reccomend.

I gave 4 stars only because I arranged my accommodation with them today, few hours earlier. Lady from the office, who contacted me at beginning, quickly responded to my query about accommodation and absolutely professionally took me through out process till arranging viewing. Then I met Sinead at property and can only say one thing - kind person and true professional. I am looking forward for that kind of experience
