If you need any parts for old plumbing jobs this really is the only place to go, friendly efficient and knowledgable staff I went to a few places including a national retailer ending in fix nobody could help, popped in here and was treated like a human being, I only needed a £4 part and experienced something that is sadly lacking in society today...personal face to face customer service of the highest standard. Well done to all of the employees I encountered absolutely outstanding!!!
