    This is absolutely terrible. My 94 year old grandfather was picked up from his home by an emergency ambulance after taking a fall tearing the skin from his elbow to his wrist. After an hour of waiting at home we were picked up at 1.30am and arrived at DRI 15 minutes later. After a further 60 minutes in the car park in the ambulance we were moved into the hospital and spent 4 hours waiting for his blood to be taken then moved again to sit a further 2 hours waiting for numerous staff to come back and answer the question of how long are we going to be. They all get a little scared when this question is asked as I'm sure there used to not being able to give a positive answer. Looking at the amount of single Star reviews this hospital needs a revamp. THIS IS SAD

    Gf was put on amber as she was severely ill, waited over 12 hours 3 hours to get seen and another 9 just to get the results from a blood and urine tests while several nurses and doctors stood around and gossiped for at least an hour

    If i could even that star they don't deserve it starting from the reception with that arrogant staff and the assesment nurse as well thinking that she is God ! Such a shame ! The waiting time to see a doctor was 5 h just for a repeat urine lab test nothing to do with a doctor.Having done 3 assesments with 111 over the phone and at their advice i was sent to them.Pacients there i could count them on my hands so i am wondering are the nurses and doctors sleeping ?! Maybe that is why the waiting time is 5 h they need beauty sleep not to do their job.Rubbish !! Shame on you no wonder why the governament don't want to increase their salary.Even what they get is too much for such a service!!!

    Sent by my own hospital to DRI.The staff were lovely and respectful. It would have been 5 stars even after discharging myself (waiting over 8 hours no available bed) But the attitude when i telephoned tonight would have gained them minus stars. Appalling!!
